This is the official data deletion page for MotoGo. The app uses Google Sign-In and Firebase. Use this page to ask us to delete your account and related community data we control.

On your device

Uninstalling MotoGo removes local preferences from that phone.
You can revoke location and microphone permissions in Android settings.
You can manage or cancel Premium subscriptions in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.

What we can delete on request

Your Firebase Authentication account for MotoGo
Live rider presence and Hot Zone reports / votes tied to your user ID
Support emails or deletion requests you send us

Purchase history remains with Google Play. We do not sell personal information. We aim to respond within 30 days.
